Kentucky Dirt Karting Association set to open 2008 season.

Richmond, Ky- The Kentucky Dirt Karting Association will kick off the 2008 season at J and M Motorsports Park for the second annual running of the Cabin Fever Classic. In the inaugural running of the event, the association seen its largest field of entries with more than 90 participants in action.

With more pre-entered members and the addition of several new classes, the seson looks to be one of growth for the Central Kentucky based orginization.

The weekend will begin with a test and tune show with 100% payback on Friday night. Gates will open at 5:00 pm with hot laps starting at 8:00pm and racing following shortly there after.

Saturday's activities will begin with gates opening at 9:00 am, hot lapping at noon, and racing set to roll off at 2:00 pm.
