PURPOSE AND INTENT

The KDKA intends these rules to help local racing. Some local areas may have unique requirements so the rules and guidelines will require small modifications at the promoter’s discretion. The primary goal of the rules and guidelines is to help protect the safety of the spectators, non-participants, race officials and drivers. The second goal is to insure all participants are treated fairly. The third goal is to promote sportsmanship for all participants. If you have any questions regarding the rules or procedures please feel free to ask the local race director.
